Pastor Randall, Debbie & Caleb Mantik                 Lead Pastor & his family

Pastor Mantik grew up with six sisters and one brother on a dairy farm near Abbotsford, WI.  In his teens, his family moved to Eau Claire.  He received his ministerial training at North Central University.  He married the sweetheart of his life, Debbie, in 1988.  Debbie grew up with three brothers and two sisters.  She spent the early part of her life in Sparta, WI and most of her teenage years in North Carolina.  She considers her roles of wife, mom and pastor’s wife to be a God-given calling and is a proficient vocalist and drummer.  Their son, Caleb, is 11 years old and in the sixth grade.  He loves anything to do with computers or airplanes, as well as drawing, swimming and writing stories.  Randy’s interests range from computers to history, watching football (you bet—he’s a Packers fan!) and usually has several books going at a time.  He is a skilled vocalist and pianist.  His passion is for his God, his family and the building of God’s Kingdom wherever and however that might be.  He teaches directly from Scripture and uses as many creative ways to communicate as he can.

V.N. Hillestad, Pastoral Care

Pastor Hillestad serves our church and community through visiting the sick, homebound, nursing homes, prisons, jails, hospitals, also visitng families and individuals throughout the community and surrounding areas.  He also conducts special services, including funerals and weddings.

Jamie Gavinski, Youth Director, and his wife, Sang Mi

Jamie is rockin'! So say the teens at  W.O.W. Jamie loves music and going to christian rock concerts.  Besides leading the youth group he has a wife, Sang Mi, and two teenagers of his own, Tanya and Kevin.  Contact Jamie at: youth@crosspointag.com  

Rob & Julie Brinks - Children's Church Coordinators

Check out our "Kids Zone" and The Boulevard.  Rob and Julie bring youth and excitement to our children's program. They have 4 beautiful daughters, Liz, Leah, Amy and Jade. Nicole Campbell - Administrative Assistant & Bookkeeper

Nicole and her husband, Aric, live in Portage with their 3 children, Carlie, Anthony & Sarah. In the summer they enjoy biking, swimming & fishing. In the winter they all like to ski.
